So here's our non-exhaustive list of preparations suggestions:

BEFORE THE SHOOT: 

- Clean and tidy all the floors, bathrooms, gardens, premises and rooms

- Bedding setup for full occupancy. Example: twin/double rooms with 2 towels, etc

- Windex windows and mirrors as dirty windows may show in 360 images

- Align picture frames, shelves, books, etc.

- Remove cobwebs, dust, and stains

- Fix any broken & non-working items like bulbs, etc. 

- NOTE: All lights, inside & outside, are usually TURNED on during the shoot

- Ideally, all bulbs are fully working & are the same color temperature. 

- Warm bulb color versus white is more photogenic. 

- Remove garbage and unwanted items

- Brand signage. Eg on TVs, walls, etc are a plus

- Show logos, nice pictures on LCD screens & and walls ...eg. on TVs in rooms & reception...

- Any keys or security codes needed and available for our Photographer 

Rooms are ideally ready as soon as possible and left this way, in case of sudden beautiful weather.

DURING THE SHOOT:

NOTE:

- Please as much as possible, after our photographer has staged a room/location and adjacent spaces, NOTHING SHOULD MOVED during shoots until shooting is complete.

- Please return EVERYTHING EXACTLY to the same place.

- No people ideally be in all photos. Google Maps prefers this!

- TIP: If one can SEE THE CAMERA LENS this person will be in the photo

Suggestion: Start asking for Google reviews!... It will increase your SEO & search rating.
